Delivery & Returns

  • Orders are dispatched within 24 hours

  • All packaging material is recyclable


For peace of mind, all deliveries are made by Royal Mail Tracked 48:

  • Tracked to delivery point

  • SMS or email notifications to recipients

  • Aims to deliver in two to three working days

  • Change your delivery options before delivery is attempted

  • Flat rate postage in the UK: £5.00 (small parcel up to 2kg)

  • Free postage in the UK on orders over £50

  • If you have a soap emergency and require next day delivery, please get in touch


Our soaps are handmade in small batches from natural ingredients which means that some small variations in appearance are to be expected. If however you are unhappy with any of our products please return them within 14 working days from delivery. 

  • If returned unopened and in original condition, the full price of goods and the initial standard postage cost will be refunded

  • You will be responsible for arranging and paying for the return postage costs. Please ask for and keep the proof of postage.

  • Seal your parcel effectively. Olivary Fine Soaps cannot accept liability for returned goods lost in transit.

  • We may make a deduction from the refund for loss in value of any Goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you (ie handling the Goods beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the Goods: eg it goes beyond the sort of handling that might be reasonably allowed in a shop).

  • We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction

  • A dispatch note will be included with your goods. If you receive an incorrect order please email us immediately on so that we can correct it.

  • If goods arrive damaged, please take photographs and email us immediately. Such incidents will be handled on a case by case basis.
